What you'll do:
- Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges.
- Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive actionable business insights and value.
- Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with strategic goals.
- Present data-driven recommendations to inform functional initiatives and support decision-making.
- Foster strong partnerships across cross-functional teams to deliver consultative analytics solutions.
- Oversee data analysis strategies and guide less experienced team members in execution.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data models to drive business results.
- Strong expertise in data-driven decision making and applying analytics to solve complex business challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau and experience managing analytics workstreams end-to-end.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to build partnerships across functions and influence strategic initiatives.
- Solid project and risk management capabilities to ensure successful implementation of analytics solutions.
- Commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering actionable insights that support business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
