We support our community through fundraising efforts focused on enabling food, shelter, and educational opportunities serving in need families in Randolph County Missouri. Our organization is small, 2 part time employees (including this role) and a board of directors that includes people of various backgrounds.
Executive Director
Job Description:
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operational management of our local United Way. Primary focus is fundraising activities, the management of staff (1), and budgeting/forecasting. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for day-to-day operations. This role is a unique opportunity to run a small non-profit organization on a part-time basis and make a significant impact in a small community.

Requirements:
- Must be a self-starter who enthusiastically enjoys working with and helping others.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in budgeting, fundraising, and financial reporting preferred.
- Experience with project management and change control helpful.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration or related field a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
