Warehouse Supervisor & Driver

General Description, Responsibilities and Desired Skills/Knowledge:

• Supervision of, and skills training and monitoring for, individuals with disabilities.
• Supervision of, and training of staff members.
• Learn and cross train on all jobs both on-site and off. Act as the back-up to all supervisor and route positions.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must have, extensive experience operating a forklift.
• Must have, or be willing to, get a Class E license. A CDL license is acceptable in place of the Class E license.
• Must be able to drive a standard (manual) transmission.
• Manufacturing and supervisory experience required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Must be able to work without constant supervision.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Outlook calendar. Ability to use a calculator.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, is punctual, honest, hardworking and reliable.
• Hours are 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. Minimal overtime required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in an environment with the following environmental conditions and physical demands:

• The noise level can be moderate to loud.
• Exposure, at times, to moving parts and machinery.
• Exposure to varying temperatures in warehouse or outside setting.
• Able to manage personal stress levels.
• While performing this job, the employee may frequently stand, sit, walk, use hands and extremities to feel, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, twist or crawl.
• The employee may lift up to 50 lbs. and may be required to use carry aides on items over 50 lbs.
