We’re building a modern Marketing Operations function to support that mission—and we’re looking for a Director, Marketing Program Management & Operations to help bring execution discipline, clarity, and consistency across our marketing organization.
As the Director, Marketing Program Management & Operations, you’ll ensure the Marketing organization executes efficiently and delivers high‑impact work on time. You’ll lead program management for major initiatives, own marketing intake and workflow processes, and serve as a central point of coordination across teams and business units.
You’ll have the opportunity to:

Day to Day, you'll
- Lead program management for large, cross‑functional marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns, ensuring clear plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Ensure campaigns and initiatives launch on time by driving execution discipline and proactive issue resolution
- Own marketing intake and request management processes, providing visibility into demand, prioritization, and work in progress
- Partner with marketing leaders to define and govern work prioritization aligned to strategic priorities and capacity
- Maintain and manage the master marketing campaign calendar, coordinating launches across teams, channels, and business units
- Oversee marketing work management tools and operational processes that support planning, execution, and tracking
- Develop and maintain standardized process documentation and operating playbooks
- Identify and implement workflow automation and continuous improvement opportunities to improve speed and efficiency
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Finance teams to enable integrated execution
- Lead, coach, and develop program management and operations talent
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or large‑scale project management
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong understanding of intake management, workflow design, and prioritization processes
- Experience working with marketing work management or workflow tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience leading teams or managing experienced individual contributors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a centralized Marketing Operations or PMO‑style function
- Experience supporting multi‑business‑unit or matrixed organizations
- Change leadership experience driving new processes, tools, or ways of working

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range
$132,200.00 - $224,700.00/Yr.
