Everlast Sports Mfg. Corp. is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead the warehouse team to maintain order accuracy to meet customer demands and deadlines while complying with all company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.

· Directly supervise employees in the shipping department.

· Works closely with the Warehouse Director to ensure timely processing of orders and completion of outgoing orders.

· Trains shipping personnel on all departmental process and procedures.

· Coordinate with other supervisors as needed to meet company deadlines.

· Sustain workplace health and safety requirements according to OSHA regulations and Company policies.

· Ensure accurate, timely order picking, packing and shipment processes while maintaining inventory accuracy.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office. Microsoft D365 a plus.

Ability to:

· Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, man-ups and pallet jacks.

· Ability to work in varying temperatures.

· Available to work extended hours, stand for long periods, bend, reach.

· Ability to lift up to (50) pounds repeatedly and frequently.
