- Manage and maintain all contractor prequalification applications with state DOTs, municipalities, and general contractors across ~40 states
- Prepare, submit, and track prequalification packages, including financial statements, project history, safety data, and supporting documentation
- Monitor expiration dates, renewal cycles, and compliance requirements to ensure uninterrupted eligibility
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, estimating, safety, operations, HR) to gather required documentation and updates
- Maintain a centralized database of all prequalification statuses, requirements, and deadlines
- Research and track new prequalification opportunities in target markets
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of company information across all submissions
- Build and maintain relationships with agency contacts and prequalification administrators
- Support estimating and business development teams with prequalification-related needs during pursuit phases
- Stay current on regulatory and agency-specific requirements and changes
- 3+ years of experience in contractor prequalification, compliance, or administration (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with database or compliance tracking systems a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and corporate information with confidentiality
