Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Batch Plant Operator to support our construction operations. This position is responsible for producing concrete, operating plant equipment, and maintaining safe and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate concrete batch plant equipment to produce concrete
  • Accurately batch materials including cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures
  • Monitor production to ensure consistent output
  • Perform daily plant inspections and routine maintenance
  • Maintain proper material inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Keep plant and work area clean and organized
  • Assist with setup, tear down, and relocation of portable plants as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in concrete plant operations preferred
  • Knowledge of plant equipment and components
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with DOT/public works projects is a plus
