We are seeking a Plant Foreman to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our construction materials production plant.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and guidance to plant personnel, including operators, technicians, and maintenance staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and analyze plant performance, including production, quality, and cost
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure plant success
  • Manage plant risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in plant operations and management practices
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to plant teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in construction materials production or related industry, including 2+ years of management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successful plant management and operational excellence
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
