Chariton Valley is looking for a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. Following our mission, Keeping You Connected, Chariton Valley has provided state-of-the-art communication solutions to businesses and residents in Northeast Missouri for 70 years.

The Business Intelligence Analyst designs, implements, and supports automation, data, and analytics solutions that improve efficiency across the organization. This role blends database expertise, systems integration, reporting, and software development with a strong understanding of business processes to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. By transforming complex data into actionable insights, you’ll enable data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency across departments.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or equivalent experience—preferably in programming or software, with certification in a programming language such as C#, Python, or JavaScript. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication of technical concepts, and proficiency in automation tools and data analytics are essential. The candidate should be creative, dependable, take initiative, and consistently deliver efficient solutions.
