In preparing for the new store opening, Bomgaars is seeking to hire motivated, responsible, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Agriculture background/Product knowledge

• Retail Sales/Cashier experience preferred

• Clear and concise communication skills

• Organizational skills/Detail oriented

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time

• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends, holidays (shift premium paid for working weekends and holidays)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome customers

• Cashier/Handle transactions accurately (cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks)

• Scan, bag, and issue receipts to customers

• Sales/Stocking/Recovery

• Freight handling/Forklift operation/Merchandising the sales floor

• Promote store loyalty programs/special promotions/coupon redemption

• Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked

• Assisting customers with product selection and load outs

• Handling phone calls

*Pre-employment drug screen required

Wage $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience
