Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with Key Carrier experience. Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over the Power Equipment, Paint, Plumbing, Electrical, and Hardware departments and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Retail and management experience preferred
• Product knowledge helpful - Power equipment, Paint, Plumbing, Electrical, Hardware
• Administrative and computer skills to complete paperwork
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, and weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
• Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
• General Sales Clerks duties to ensure department and store is clean, organized, and well stocked
• Cashiering/cash handling
• Freight handling/Forklift operation
• Assist customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls

*Pre-employment drug screen and applicable background check required

Wage is $17.50 per hour
