Bomgaars is seeking a friendly, customer service oriented individual with retail experience. Position offers an opportunity to work in various departments throughout the store and provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Retail experience
• Product knowledge
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and standing for long periods of time
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for work weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Freight handling/Forklift operation/Pallet jacks (varying weather conditions)
• Sales/Stocking/Recovery
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards, and checks)
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to store policy
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
• Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls

*Pre-employment drug screen required

Wage is $13.00 per hour, based on experience
