Bomgaars is seeking motivated and customer service oriented individuals with retail and firearms experience to work in the Sporting Goods department. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to be a productive team member and provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years or older
• ATF Compliance and sale of new firearms general knowledge/experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Freight handling/forklift operation
• Sales/Cashiering/Cash Handling
• Ensure the Sporting Goods department is clean, organized, and well stocked
• Assist customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls

*Pre-employment drug screen and applicable background check required

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour
