Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with retail experience to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee price changes and setting the weekly ad.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Retail knowledge/experience
• Product knowledge
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Administrative skills to process paperwork and record keeping
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail/organizational skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 11:30 am

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Price changes all departments
• Setting the weekly ad
• Freight handling/Merchandising the sales floor
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards, and checks)
• Sales/Stocking/Recovery
• Ensure departments are clean, organized, and well stocked
• Assist customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls

*Pre-employment drug screen required

Wage is $15.00 per hour, based on experience
