Bomgaars is seeking a responsible, motivated individual with Key Carrier experience. Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over the Farm and Feed departments and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Product knowledge - Farm and Feed
• Retail and management experience preferred
• Valid drivers license/Reliable transportation
• Merchandising skills/experience
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Administrative and computer skills to handle paperwork
• Detail oriented/Organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work flexible shifts - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
• Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
• General Sales Clerk duties to ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
• Cashiering/Cash Handling
• Freight handling/Forklift operation
• Assist customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls

*Pre-employment drug screen required

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, based on experience/knowledge
