Bomgaars is seeking a motivated and customer service oriented individual with retail and firearms experience to work temporarily in the Sporting Goods department. Sales Associate position offers the opportunity to work with emphasis at the Gun counter.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Subject to an applicable background check and pre-employment drug screen required
• ATF Compliance and sale of new firearms general knowledge/experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Seasonal-Temporary status can lead to part-time or full-time position
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales/Cashiering/Cash Handling
• Ensure the Sporting Goods department is clean, organized, and well stocked
• Assist customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls

Starting wage is $13.00 per hour
