Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, customer service oriented individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Feed and Pet departments. Position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Retail knowledge/experience
• Product knowledge - Feed and Pets
• Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail/organizational skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis with bending and squatting
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Freight handling/forklift operation/manual pallet jack (varying outside elements)
• Sales/Cashier/Recovery
• Ensure departments are clean, organized, and well stocked
• Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls
• Assisting customers with product selection and loadouts

*Pre-employment drug screen required

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour
