FULL-TIME CASHIERS

Bomgaars is seeking friendly, outgoing individuals with Cashier experience. Cashier positions offer an opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- Cashier and retail experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards, and checks)
- Scan, bag items, and issue receipts for customers
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to store policy
- Promote store loyalty programs/special promotions/coupon redemption
- Balance cash drawers at the end of the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area
- Handling phone calls

Starting Wage: $12.50 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
