Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. is currently accepting applications for our Custodian Applicant Pool at the Thomas Hill Energy Center. We’re looking for dependable applicants to help keep our facilities spotless, safe, and running efficiently. If you take pride in your work, notice the little details, and want to be part of a supportive team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, control rooms, turbine decks, and meeting areas.

• Restock and organize supplies in assigned areas.

• Inspect equipment regularly, report concerns, and submit work requests as needed.

• Safely operate hand tools and cleaning equipment.

• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and follow all company policies.

• Pitch in on additional tasks as assigned (we value teamwork, not busywork).

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least one year of custodial or related experience.

• Pass applicable pre-employment testing.

• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
