Essential Functions.

CRM administration

· Regular update of existing ACT database; eliminate duplicates.

· Monthly data capturing from sales reports to update the ACT customer database.

· Evaluate and propose an improved CRM that will automize data capturing.

Social Media

· Manage the corporate webpage and introduce updates and improvements.

· Manage the corporate social media accounts: Facebook and LinkedIn.

Customer Service

· Phone: answer customer questions and re-direct when necessary.

· Process mailing requests on daily basis.

· Process tradeshow sample requests.

· Keep inventory of literature and product samples.

Sales & Marketing

· Update customer database before and after veterinary conferences.

· Create the list of contacts for campaigns and mailings.

o Coordinate and execute “specials”.

· Liaison with Marketing agency.

Secondary Functions

Administration

· Be the contact person with IT service provider. Create and support IT tickets.

· Be the contact person with Internet provider.

· Cover front office

Human Resources

· Support the Payroll process according to current systems in place.

· Search for better software solutions for payroll processing.

Qualifications

Formal Education and Certification

· Formal education in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline.

· Educational requirements may be substituted by relevant working experience.

Knowledge and Experience.

· High proficiency with electronic systems. ACT | Quick Books | Microsoft Office Suite a must.

· Software as a Service (SaaS) experience highly desired. Technology skills in CRM software.

· Customer service experience highly desired. Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
